We are seeking a junior colleague to play an important support role in our core FX team based in London. Our ideal candidate will have a strong interest in FX operations and markets and a basic understanding how FX operates

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the FX execution desk, particularly post-trade activities.
• Conducting daily reconciliation of FX trades.
• Investigating discrepancies and liaising with banking and PSP counterparties to resolve them.
• Executing and accurately logging client trades.
• Analysing client cash flow to identify opportunities for FX upselling.
• Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

About you, you have

• Proficient in Excel, comfortable with mathematical and financial formulas.
• Confident in breaking down complex problems, using data to provide insights and make informed decisions.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and precise in execution.
• A quick learner, adaptable to changes, and keen to improve existing and new processes.
• At least one year of experience in financial services, specifically within FX-related fields, or relevant internship experience during university.
• Fluent in English (an additional EU language is highly beneficial).
