Global HR Lead

We’re looking for a hands-on global HR lead, who will run day to day operations and lead the strategy of the HR function at 3S Money. As a truly global international business, you'll be partnering with managers across 6 locations, advising on policy and setting strategy in line with our company goals. You'll be responsible for maintaining and reviewing our global performance management strategy, helping managers get the best out of our fantastic teams. We're looking for someone who wants to take on the challenge of managing an HR function, but is happy to get stuck in with all areas of HR.

What you’ll be doing
- Manage the HR function, including direct management of the HR team.
- Lead, maintain and iterate on strategy for the global HR team, including supporting the life cycle of operational processes, such as: starters, leavers, onboarding, maintenance of HRIS, contracts, and recruitment support.
- Accountable for delivery of annual HR reporting and ensuring the people's policies, processes and systems are in line with current legislation
- Support and improve HR processes and HR technology solutions
- Act as a trusted resource to help resolve any employee relations issues including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy
- Continuously develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes
- Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with global objectives and manage the reward structure for the business
- Working with our Immigration lawyer to secure our employees visas from start to finish and through to any potential exit of people in the business.
About you, you have
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HR function with a ‘get stuck in' mentality to lead the day-to-day operations and support the international team
- Previous experience as a HR Business Partner (HRBP), optimally to commercial or compliance or group level teams
- Extensive people management experience, preferable also leading remote teams
- Experience with working with international labour laws
- Extensive experience in full employee lifecycle
- A blend of operational and strategic HR experience but a hands-on approach to tackling a variety of scenarios
- Experience working in an international scale-up, ideally a regulated business
- CIPD Level 5
- Extensive experience in Performance management strategy, practice and implementation
