Regional Commercial Director

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Commercial Director to lead the Hong Kong office. This is a senior commercial role responsible for driving regional growth, deepening client relationships, and executing revenue strategy aligned with global objectives

What you’ll be doing
- Revenue Growth: Drive top-line growth by acquiring, retaining, and expanding high-value client relationships in APAC.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Localize and execute the global go-to-market strategy, ensuring product-market fit and competitive positioning in the region
- Partnership Development: Build and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, fintechs, and channel partners.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing commercial team with a strong sales and relationship management culture.
- Regulatory Alignment: Work with compliance to ensure all commercial activities align with local regulatory requirements.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver regular revenue performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior leadership.
Personal & Professional Qualities Required
- Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of revenue drivers in fintech/payments, with a track record of delivering results. Relevant experience in Hong Kong and a strong local network.
- Leadership: Inspirational leader who can build and scale high-performing teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance short-term wins with long-term regional strategy.
- Cross-Cultural Competence: Skilled at operating in multicultural environments and building trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Integrity & Accountability: High personal integrity with a bias for action and ownership.
