We’re looking for a talented Client Manager to join us here at 3S Money in Luxembourg, one of Europe’s fastest-growing FinTech scale-ups.
In the next step of our journey, we are now looking to expand our ambitious and committed European client management team. You’ll need to be a highly driven, organised and focused individual that takes pride in supporting their clients with their international payment needs and requirements.

What you’ll be doing
- Forging trusting relationships with major clients, turning transactions into lasting partnerships that spark success.
- Engaging directly and fulfilling the admin & fiduciary needs of our enterprise level clients in Europe.
- Dive into customer needs, using insights as a compass to navigate their evolving objectives.
- Elevate existing relationships with innovative solutions that exceed goals.
- Ensure swift, precise delivery of products and services, orchestrating interactions like a well-choreographed dance.
- Act as the communication maestro, harmonising interactions between key customers internal teams, and third-party partners.
- Collaborate with management and teams, conjuring new products and unleashing cutting-edge technology.
- Vigilantly monitor customer activities, dancing to the compliance drumbeat for flawless performance.
About you, you have
- Excellent communication in written & spoken English and German, French would also be a benefit
- Experience in a Client/Account Manager role
- Excellent communicator who can effortlessly build relationships
- Strong organisational skills
- Close attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strive to improve existing and new products and processes
- Knowledge of KYC and AML would be a big bonus
