What you’ll be doing

• Identifying, negotiating, and integrating new banking and financial institution (FI) partners, guiding them through a smooth onboarding to go-live and managing the relationship thereafter.
• Strengthening our existing long-term partnerships by introducing new products, resolving issues, and enhancing services to drive value for both parties.
• Overseeing payment infrastructure and strategic partnership projects, collaborating closely with internal teams to align on banking strategy and resolve challenges in situ and horizon scanning for the future.
• Maintaining and updating partnership documentation, ensuring compliance with banking risk standards, company objectives whilst being acutely aware of both party’s risk appetite.
• Acting as a trusted advisor through providing expert insights and solutions to internal teams to optimise banking operations and our strategic growth.

About you, you have

• An experienced professional with 4+ years managing banking relationships, product development, or operations in the financial sector.
• Highly knowledgeable about global payments, EMIs, FX, regulatory compliance, and industry trends, with a strong focus on driving strategic growth.
• A skilled communicator and networker, adept at building and nurturing productive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external banking partners.
• Analytical and solutions-oriented, with proven abilities in problem-solving to support and enhance partnership objectives.
• Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments, bringing creativity to complex situations to achieve impactful business outcomes.
